About

Jennifer Quinn has been diagnosed with Stage IV Signet Ring Cell Adenocarcinoma. This form of stomach cancer is the most rare, happening in less than 1% of people diagnosed with stomach cancer.  At present, Jennifer’s cancer is inoperable and she is undergoing chemotherapy in hopes of prolonging the time she will have with her family.  Jennifer and her husband Jude have worked tirelessly to help those in our community who are in need and now they need our help.  With five (and sometimes six) children in the home, the day to day task of meal preparation and the joy of sharing a meal together as a family is something not possible on their own at this time.

Team Quinn, it is time for us to be the team that we all know we can be. The Quinn family needs us now more than ever. Do not come here in hopes of gleaning more information regarding the personal aspects of this illness on this family.  Do not come here seeking gossip.  Come here only to rally around the family. Share this page with friends that you think can and will provide a meal or donate funds to help bridge the costs of her treatment.  Housekeeping and more personal needs will be confined to a close-knit group and not discussed or disclosed on this page.

Cancer is expensive. Very expensive. We never want our Quinns to have to fret the small things when they only want precious time. With that, a PayPal account has been established – teamquinn2@gmail.com. Feel free to share on your personal pages (BUT know that any fundraising efforts are not Silverbacks fundraisers and should not be tied to such). This is the flock gathering to support their leaders. Friends rallying to stop the worry from the faces of our precious Jennifer and Jude.
